Main workflow uploads support JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF, and BMP. The public free preview flow supports JPG, PNG, and WEBP.
For best reliability, use clear product photos with standard RGB color profiles and avoid heavily corrupted files.
File-size limits depend on your plan in the main workflow. Free preview has a lower upload cap for public usage.
Current plan rules are enforced server-side at upload time. Check the Pricing page for the latest plan limits.
Batch count limits are plan-based and validated during upload. If your batch is above the plan threshold, the API returns an upgrade-required response.
Use plan-appropriate batch sizes for smooth processing, then scale with upgrades for larger catalog operations.
