Usage Data

We track the number of images you process each month for plan limit enforcement. We also log basic access data (IP address, browser type) for security monitoring.

Images

Images you upload are processed on our servers and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not view, sell, or share your images with any third party.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay (for INR) and Stripe (for USD). We do not store your card details — only transaction references.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the image processing service
  • To enforce plan limits and process payments
  • To send important service notifications (account, billing)
  • To improve the service based on usage patterns

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

  • Razorpay — Payment processing (INR transactions)
  • Stripe — Payment processing (USD transactions)
  • Google OAuth — Optional social login

  • Uploaded images: deleted within 24 hours
  • Account data: retained while your account is active

ImageLevate is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
