1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ImageLevate (imagelevate.ai), a product of Axora Partners Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ImageLevate provides AI-powered product image enhancement services including background removal, color correction, shadow generation, dimension annotations, watermarking, and marketplace-specific image export. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use ImageLevate beyond the free tier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for bulk automated scraping or resale without permission

5. Image Ownership

You retain full ownership of images you upload and processed outputs. We do not claim any rights over your images. Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

6. Plans & Billing

Free accounts include 5 images per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. Plan limits reset on the first day of each billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axora Partners Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
