Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
ImageLevate offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business) that auto-renew each month. The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely with limited features.
2. How Billing Works
- Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew automatically on the same date each month until cancelled.
- Billing date: You are billed on the date you first subscribe, and on the same date each subsequent month.
- Payment methods: Indian users are billed via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). International users are billed via Stripe (cards).
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page.
- Immediate effect: When you cancel, auto-renewal stops. No further charges will be made.
- Access until period end: You retain full access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
- Downgrade to Free: After the billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan (5 images/month).
- No partial-month charges: We do not charge for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access for the full month you already paid for.
4. Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- If you are charged after cancellation due to a system error
- If you experience a critical service outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
- If you are double-charged for the same billing period
- First-time subscribers who request a refund within 7 days of their first payment and have used fewer than 10 images
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the 7-day window
- Unused images from your monthly quota (quotas do not roll over)
- Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle (access to the higher plan continues until period end)
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request
- Include your payment receipt or transaction ID (found in your Account page)
- We will review and respond within 3–5 business days
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Razorpay: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account
- Stripe: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer
7. Plan Changes
- Upgrading: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the new plan price immediately and a new billing cycle starts
- Downgrading: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep your current plan until then.
